The image of the ripple emphasizes the theme of fluidity and this idea is reflected in the tower’s design. Furthermore,  the outline of the tower demonstrates the fluidity and dynamic nature of the ripple; by creating a large void in the middle of the structure, the architects recaptured the essence of the ripple within this space  along with a special designed clubhouse form.
With a height of 140 metres, the building incorporates thirty stories of architectural delights and particular luxurious features including the glass walled swimming pools for the balconies.
